RETURN POLICY  We use the best shippers in the business (UPS and FedEx), and chose our packaging with great care. If a painting does arrive damaged, guess what? They'll replace it. In order to get a full refund for any damaged painting, the painting must be returned to Artist. Return labels will be provided just in case this occurs. Return policies apply to both original oil paintings for sale on the website and custom oil paintings that are provided upon request. All sales are final on original oil paintings that are purchased on the website. All sales are final for custom oil paintings once the have been approved for shipping. Refunds will only be given if painting arrives damaged to the customer. When shopping with CMT, you are protected by a triple-tier guarantee: First, we send photos of all completed paintings to you to review and comment upon. Any changes requested are made so at no extra cost. If, in the event you are still unhappy with the painting after several rounds of improvements we would refund the order.   Second, if in the unlikely event the painting was approved based on the photos but found to be unsatisfactory upon receipt, the painting can be returned to CMT’s Collection office for a full refund. We say “unlikely” as the photos rarely do the paintings justice, and customers are nearly always much more pleased with the painting than they expected to be from viewing the photos. Finally, if I failed to honor either of the first two guarantees (we would of course honor them, but don't expect you to just take our word for it) the credit card processor would refund your money - they have to protect our customers' rights in order to keep their status as a processor. In addition, your credit card company would be able to reverse the charge if you asked them (and had grounds) to do so. This is called a Chargeback and we're proud of our 100% clean record. We ALWAYS honor our guarantees! For me it’s very important to pack the framed Oil portraits correctly to help prevent any damage when they are sent to the customer. I can’t imagine how devastating it would be if anything happened to any portrait that I send to a customer. I spend so many hours painting each portrait to make it a one of a kind, that’s why it’s so important to securely package the painting.

We accept most credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club International. Orders can be made online through our site we accept PayPal, Wire Transfer (for larger customers), and occasionally checks in certain situations for our main source of payments.
